Today, Ditsch is one of the world’s leading bakers of artisan pretzel products, operating as an independently run group. Since joining the Swiss Valora Group in 2012 and the FEMSA Group in 2022, we have strengthened our global reach while preserving our heritage and craftsmanship. 

With production facilities in both Europe and the United States, Ditsch supports a global network that brings authentic pretzel baking to more than 30 countries. Since 2017, Ditsch USA has continued to grow on its founding principles of quality, entrepreneurship, and passion for pretzels.
